As an Energy Coach, my passion in life is to help you explore, dig deep and create YOUR BIG life along your own path.

Before becoming a coach, I worked in the technology, real estate management and loan administration industries and have extensive experience in Executive Management in nonprofit organizations.

I know what it’s like to have lots of passions and not know what to do with it.

 

What I now realize is that it’s a process.

 

An intentional one.

 

It is important to really connect with what’s most important to you. And, when our eyes are open, we can do anything we want.

 

We are only limited by what we can create and believe to be possible.

I specialize in teaching and coaching people to become more aware and conscious of their energy (perspectives & attitudes) and how that energy is affecting what they have vs. what they want.

 

I focus on teaching and coaching you to be the best leader in your life.

I received my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certificate from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) in 2013 and my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certificate from the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2018. I am also an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and have over 1500 hours of professional coaching experience.
